Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a mid-sized, modern machine shop that combines the close-knit feel of a smaller team with the resources and benefits of a larger organization. This role offers exposure to a wide range of processes and technologies, with strong potential for career growth both locally and at other company locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce setup / cycle times
• Support CAD / CAM activities and ensure process documentation is accurate
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
