What is Super Day?

It's an accelerated hiring event that will give recent graduates the unique opportunity to land this role in just one day! We will host it January 8th at Perpay HQ in Philadelphia. Selected candidates will tour the office, meet the team, and experience a fast-tracked interview process. Attendance is invite-only and applicants must complete a pre-work challenge to be considered. About the Role :

Perpay is seeking a driven Analyst to join our team as a key player in growing our impact on our customers' financial futures. You will take on a pivotal role in breaking down complex business problems from across our organization, using data to uncover the factors at play, and formulating recommendations to help us take action intelligently.

In this role, you'll collaborate broadly and present your insights directly to company leadership. Your ability to think critically, dive deep into data, and communicate insights effectively will have a lasting impact on our organization's success. With the freedom to independently drive projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll play a central role in building data-informed strategies that enhance our business.
