Speech Language Pathologist PRN

Independence Rehab LLC is actively searching for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our experienced therapy at Emerald Valley and Waterford Grand Assisted Living Facilities in Eugene, and Springfield Valley Assisted Living in Springfield. In this role you will treat the residents on-site.

It's like home health, without all of the driving! You will build relationships with the residents and treat them over time. You will treat some patients in the rehab gym, and some in their on-site residences.

No specific number of hours are required to maintain PRN employment. We are in process of building the SLP caseload, so you should anticipate 0-8 hours per week for the immediate future. However, we expect the opportunity for more hours over time.

Requirements :

• Current Oregon SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competency
• One year of geriatric SLP practice highly preferred
• Master's Degree in SLP from an accredited College or University
• Organized, self-starter with a love for the geriatric population
