About the role

The Regional Environmental Specialist is responsible for the implementation and oversight of the company's policies and procedures for compliance with environmental regulations as well as ensuring that these programs are understood, faithfully executed and adhered to across assigned portfolio. This is a remote position.

Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000 yr.

You may be eligible for a $500 net sign on bonus to be paid out in your first paycheck

What you'll be doing

Typical Physical Demands : Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, controls, phones, and computer keyboard. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 20 lbs.

Work is performed in an office. Employees frequently interact directly with community management, facilities management, residents and other staff members during the workday.
