Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU), with Stepdown and Med-Surg overflow

Start Date : December 1, 2025

End Date : March 2, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (12-hour shifts)

Weekly Hours : 36

Patient Ratio : 1 : 2 or 1 : 3

Unit Beds : 16

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner

Scrub Color : Royal Blue

Hourly Pay Rate : $75 / hr

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,570 - $1,680

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (Registered Nurse)

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

Ability to float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units

Availability to work every other weekend and at least one winter holiday

Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Float to Stepdown and Med-Surg units as needed

Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR

Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
