[job_card.job_description]Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations as per physician orders and within your scope of practice Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide essential comfort care according to individualized care plans Accurately document assessments, care activities, and patient responses in their records Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and maintain tailored patient care plans Conduct routine screenings and assessments, including TB screenings Exhibit compassion and patience while caring for patients in the SNF setting Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dedicated to high-quality long-term and short-term patient care Location : Bellevue, WA Contract Type : Per Diem (flexible shifts) Shift Schedule : Night shifts available, with the option for additional shifts Education : Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required Licensure : Current, unrestricted LPN license in WA state Certification : Current BLS certification required Experience : Preferred SNF or long-term care experience Two positive work references Must pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment; non-smoker preferred
