Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, non-negotiable)
Salary: $80k+, plus bonuses

About the Role:
Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their growing team. The clinic specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. They offer a range of services, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities to promote optimal recovery and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and functional training.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and clinical reasoning.
• OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) or SCS (Sports Clinical Specialist) certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, negotiable based on experience and specialization.
