Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus : Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and provide excellent service.
Motivation : Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and goals.
Networking Skills : Ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing time and resources.
License : Property & Casaulty or LIfe & Health Insurance Licenses are nice to have, but we can assist you in getting both of these if you don't have them yet!
