Fusion Safety is hiring Project Safety Specialists for projects north of Cincinnati. The Project Safety Specialists will provide services to a client on a commercial construction site. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of OSHA 30hr and 3 years of construction safety experience. Previous experience in the trades or the power industry is desired but not required. Must have familiarity and training in the following subject matter :

• MEWP
• NFPA 70E
• General Electrical Safety
• Scaffolding
• Fall Protection
• CPR / AED / FA

The responsibilities for these jobs include :

A behavior-based approach to safety is required. Fusion Safety strongly believes in using coaching techniques to achieve safety performance goals.

The individual(s) selected must be able to climb ladders and walk job sites on uneven ground for approximately 90% of the workday. The Project Safety Specialist must also be proficient in the use of Microsoft products and be able to develop various plans and reports utilizing good technical writing skills.
