Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet service department customers and address their needs promptly

• Listen attentively to customers and clearly communicate repair requirements to technicians

• Promote additional services with integrity, using low-pressure upselling techniques

• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance

• Follow dealership guidelines for customer vehicle care and operations

• Keep customers updated on repair progress and follow up diligently

• Inspect completed repairs to ensure top-quality standards

• Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup

• Review repairs and costs with customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction

• Address minor customer concerns and complaints professionally

• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores aligned with dealership goals

Compensation

Competitive salary plus commission, based on experience.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a service-related role is preferred but not mandatory
