A company is looking for a Workday HCM Lead to manage their global HCM system within Workday.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the configuration of Workday Core HCM modules and implement system upgrades and enhancements
Conduct testing of system changes to ensure compliance and maintain documentation
Deliver training and support for Workday functionality and manage the Workday Help queue
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM configuration with at least five years of experience
Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
