A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager III.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onsite and remote service delivery, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
Oversee all ITO activities, ensuring compliance with SOW, SLA, and Cost Plan
Facilitate continuous process improvements and coordinate internal Service Desk and technical issue resolutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of Service Delivery Management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
Prior experience in IT Infrastructure Outsourcing
Ability to work independently in a remote and matrixed environment
Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering results
