A company is looking for an International Customer Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer support inquiries across multiple channels including live chat and Discord
Develop and lead a culture of exceptional customer support and build internal resources to improve workflows
Act as a trusted point of contact for the community and escalate high-priority issues to relevant teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, gaming, or web3
Experience in payments, market operations, KYC / AML compliance, or trading infrastructure
Familiarity with managing large online communities, particularly on Discord
Availability to work shifts on weekends and outside standard work hours
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
