Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding existing bookings through various channels
Provide support for itinerary changes, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring compliance with company policies
Resolve customer service issues and liaise with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth travel experiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center environment, preferably in travel or hospitality
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Hospitality or Travel are a plus
