Summary

The Supervisor of Construction Services provides supervisory leadership for project management teams delivering customer-driven transmission projects in support of data centers and large commercial developers within the Major Customer Projects (MCP) portfolio. Oversees, coaches, and supports project managers to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations. Coordinates design, construction, inspection, safety, and field activities while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient, cost-effective project delivery. Serves as a key point of escalation for complex project and customer issues, ensuring consistent communication, risk management, and a high-quality experience for high-profile customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field plus of four (4) years experience in project management, design, Transmission & Distribution portfolio management, or construction / maintenance.
• In lieu of bachelors degree, combination of college coursework and experience in project management, design, or construction / maintenance totaling eight (8) years.
