RequirementsMinimum Qualifications: - Completion of a two (2) year program with major coursework in building science or civil engineering technology at a technical institute
OR
- Completion of two (2) years [60 credits] at an accredited college or university with major course work in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering or architectural design
- Five (5) years of experience performing technical field work in building renovation, weatherization, furnace repair, and replacement, which has included two (2) years' experience in energy conservation retrofitting either in design installation or quality control capacity.
OR
- Any combination of education and experience that is determined to be equivalent by PHDC, which includes a high school diploma.
AND
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to physically perform the duties and to work in the environmental conditions required of a position in this class.
