[job_card.job_description]Support, configure, and administer Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments. Build, optimize, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and release processes for D365 and Power Platform. Provision, manage, and oversee Azure-based environments supporting the D365 ecosystem. Administer Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business processes and automation needs. Troubleshoot deployment issues, environment refresh challenges, and pipeline failures. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders on new capabilities and enhancements. Review and challenge technical decisions proposed by the systems integrator using prior ERP implementation experience. Support iterative rollout cycles every three months after go-live. Ensure environments are secure, reliable, and consistent across sandbox and production tiers. Help evolve the organization’s internal ERP governance, technical standards, and long-term roadmap. Hands-on experience supporting and implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments. Strong practical experience with the Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate. Skilled in designing or supporting Azure DevOps pipelines (build, release, service connections, repos). Experience setting up and maintaining Azure-hosted D365 environments . Experience participating in one or more ERP implementations (preferably D365). Ability to translate business requirements into platform configurations. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams. Experience supporting distribution, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing environments. Understanding of environment management, data management (DMF), sandbox refreshes, and deployment lifecycle. Experience working with or alongside an SI during an implementation. Ability to travel onsite monthly to Dallas, New Jersey, or Charlotte. Background with Infor, Epicor, or PDI migrations. Experience in high-volume distribution or multi-warehouse operations. PowerShell scripting for automation. Exposure to X++ build / release processes. Azure or Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience in improving or standardizing ERP governance and release management practices. Hands-on D365 F&O implementation experience. Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate . Direct experience managing Azure DevOps pipelines . Ability to challenge SI solution designs based on prior implementation knowledge. Strong business-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in supply chain, distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing environments. Must reside in or be willing to travel monthly to Dallas, New Jersey, or Charlotte . Experience with Infor, Epicor, or PDI ERP migrations. Exposure to building internal ERP teams post–SI implementation. Azure certifications or Power Platform certifications. PowerShell scripting for automation and environment consistency. Familiarity with environmental governance, best practices, and Microsoft cloud architecture. Experience supporting continuous rollout cycles.

While an external systems integrator is leading the initial go-live, this team will increasingly take ownership of the system’s roadmap, design decisions, and iterative releases scheduled every few months. Team members are encouraged to challenge assumptions, propose better design solutions, and influence how the organization operates day-to-day.
