Clearance Specialist

This is a remote position for someone who is located in Texas. Candidates that do not reside in Texas will not be considered for this role.

The Clearance Specialist works in a centralized call center and plays an important role in the quality of data entry services provided to our patients and physician office, and insurance carriers.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to :

• Accurately enter orders, captures and completes all patient demographic and insurance information.
• Responsible for ensuring all inbound documents are handled efficiently
• Monitor assigned daily worklists
• Other duties as assigned
