We are looking for MongoDB Data Engineer . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and managing MongoDB databases building scalable data pipelines and integrating data solutions across cloud platforms.

Location : Hartford preferable or remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient MongoDB database architectures.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Optimize queries and aggregation pipelines for performance.
  • Ensure data integrity security and compliance across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists analysts and DevOps.
  • Integrate MongoDB with cloud services GCP and microservices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working with MongoDB in production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python Spark.
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB schema design indexing and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with data modeling encryption and access control.

    • Preferred Skills

  • MongoDB Professional Certification.
  • Experience with AI / ML data pipelines and time-series data.
