Director of Internal IT

A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead and scale internal technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the internal IT strategy, including systems management, access control, cybersecurity, and hardware procurement

Mentor and support direct reports while contributing to daily IT operations

Lead cross-functional efforts to improve system performance, security, and employee experience

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a management position

Proven ability to lead strategically and execute tactically

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS or tech-forward companies

Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems, security protocols, and help desk operations

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
