The Compensation Senior Specialist will have an opportunity to work remotely within the United States. The Compensation Senior Specialist is responsible for analyzing and administering compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. This role supports the development of salary structures, incentive plans, and policies that align with organizational goals. The senior specialist will work closely with HR and management to provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies. They play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

As Compensation Senior Specialist, you will :

• Conduct market research and analysis to support compensation decisions.
• Develop and maintain salary structures and compensation policies.
• Evaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations.
• Assist in the design and implementation of incentive programs.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with P&C and management to address compensation-related inquiries.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range : $54,245 - $100,000
