SKILLS
Expert knowledge and experience with large-scale systems integration and deployments.
Cloud Architecture & Migration Strategy
o Deep understanding of cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
o Ability to assess legacy applications and design migration paths (rehost, refactor, rearchitect).
o Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS primary, Azure secondary).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
o Proficiency in Terraform IAC
o Experience creating reusable infrastructure modules and templates.
o Familiarity with remote state management and automated pre/post checks.
CI/CD & Workflow Automation
o Expertise in building repeatable pipelines using tools like Gitlab CI, Azure DevOps, or Github Actions.
o Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and advanced workflow orchestration.
Security & Governance
o Experience with Policy-as-Code frameworks (e.g., Open Policy Agent, Sentinel).
o Integration of Secrets Management tools like AWS Secrets Manager with OIDC authentication.
o Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Monitoring & Observability
o Familiarity with tools for unified observability, dependency mapping, and service topology.
o Ability to design and implement dashboards and visualization tools for cloud operations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
o Strong communication skills to work across Lines of Business, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
o Ability to lead technical discussions, present solution designs, and influence decision-making.
Cloud Platform Engineering
o Hands-on experience with Cloud Landing Zone design and evolution.
