Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Special Education teaching position offers the opportunity to support young learners with disabilities at an elementary school in Katy, TX. The role focuses on Early Childhood Special Education for students aged 3 to 4 years and includes essential hands-on support such as toileting assistance. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 26, 2026, and provides a collaborative environment to make a meaningful difference in students' growth and development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized special education instruction to early childhood students (ages 3-4)
• Develop and implement tailored educational plans based on students' unique needs
• Provide personal care and support, including toileting assistance within the classroom setting
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, families, and support staff to ensure consistency and progress
• Monitor and document student progress and behavioral data to adjust teaching strategies
• Maintain compliance with special education regulations and school policies

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

Location : Elementary school campus in Katy, TX

Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week

Contract Duration : Immediate start through May 26, 2026
