Case Manager RN – Tallahassee, FL Location :
- Tallahassee, FL Schedule : Full-Time – Day Shift (8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM) or Evening Shift (12 : 00 PM–8 : 30 PM) Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend per 4-week schedule Pay Range : $31.94 – $43.92 per hour (based on experience) Differentials : $2.50 / hr for evenings | $2.00 / hr for weekends | Stackable : $4.50 / hr if working both Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 paid in 5 installments over 2 years Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case basis Overview : Join the dynamic case management team at a 288-bed acute-care hospital serving Leon and Gadsden Counties.
