Tower Loan is searching for a full-time Information Security Analyst to join our team.

The Information Security Analyst role is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems.

Compensation:

$65,000+/annually depending on experience

Responsibility Summary:

• Responsible for architecture and management of our Microsoft Exchange/O365, Active Directory, Virtualization, Server, Network, Storage (SAN) infrastructures
• Develop monitoring reports for systems and monitor the performance of the systems
• Install, configure and deploy new software and hardware
• Participate in the implementation of enterprise security architecture.
• Participate in the creation of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures).
• Participate in the planning and design of an enterprise Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Maintain up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the IT security industry.
• Assist in the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of new security solutions and enhancements to existing security solutions.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operation of all in-place devices, whether under Information Security control (i.e., security tools) or other asset owners (i.e., workstations, servers, network devices, etc.).
• Assist with operational configurations of all in-place security solutions as per the established procedures.
• Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.
• Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether under Information Security control (i.e., security tools) or other asset owners (i.e., workstations, servers, network devices, etc.).
• Participate in investigations into problematic activity.
• Monitor security system events and analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities on networks.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor痴 degree in Computer Science or Computer Networking
• 4+ years of system administrator experience
• Certified Systems Administrator
• Provide excellent customer service
• Experience in troubleshooting common hardware/software issues
• Strong team member and able to contribute in a team environment
• Experience with AWS/Azure/Cloud Technologies
• Experience with Windows 10+, Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019
• Train new system users and set up their accounts
• Competent understanding of LAN/WAN networks
• Competent knowledge of PowerShell
• Valid Driver痴 License

*This position is located in Flowood, MS. The employee will report daily to our corporate location. *

Work Schedule:

• Work Schedule: M芳; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; overtime may be occasionally required due to department and organizational needs.
