A rewarding opportunity is available for a Certified Surgical Technician with expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures to support a healthcare facility in Tacoma, WA. Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile fields and anticipating the teams needs
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently, facilitating smooth workflow during complex cardiovascular operations
• Monitor inventory and restock surgical supplies as needed to maintain readiness
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies at all times

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certified Surgical Technician credential required
• Proven experience in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
