FloSports is hiring: User Experience Researcher in Austin

Overview FloSports leads the way in delivering world-class digital streaming for millions of fans, families, and athletes in underserved sports. Our digital platform unites casual and dedicated spectators alike, offering live events from around the world with interactive features, real-time analytics, and powerful broadcast technology. Were creating the ultimate destination for our sports, and were looking for people like you to join us!

This role will be part of a small, dedicated UX Research team. You will have a lot of variety and see a lot of impact across 25 sports, with products for web, mobile, and connected TV. You will investigate a wide range of users using a varied set of methodologies, and conduct research that directly impacts users and products.

Responsibilities Plan and conduct iterative usability tests

Contribute to ResearchOps like recruiting and scheduling participants

Contribute to the research repository

Execute research activities, including interviews, moderated product baselines, unmoderated studies, analysis and tagging of interviews, crafting reports

Analyze behavioral analytics data

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods

1-3 years of experience in UX research

Excellent presentation skills

Bachelors degree in relevant field

Relevant portfolio

Comfort with ambiguity

Willingness to travel

Bonus Points Masters degree in relevant field

Experience with a research repository system like EnjoyHQ, Dovetail, Condens, Aurelius, etc.

Experience with UX research platforms and tools like Maze, dscout, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, UserZoom, etc.

Experience with behavioral analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap, Amplitude, etc.

Experience with Figma

Awareness of Agile and how to work in an Agile system

Experience with both B2C and B2B research studies
