Our projects are of varying sizes and locations for higher education, utility, federal, municipal and industrial clients. Renewable system design is becoming a larger part of our portfolio and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in this rapidly expanding segment of consulting service.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Lead engineers on a variety of electrical project.
• Electrical System Analysis including Load Flow, short circuit, arc flash studies as well as engineering of microgrid (distributed generation).
• Studies and System Modeling for battery storage energy systems, and photovoltaic electrical systems.
• Electrical design for in accordance with the NEC, including providing power to medium and low voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting systems.
• Work would include campus distribution and building low voltage systems, and potentially European voltage systems and standards.
• Serve as a technical liaison with clients on project efforts and technical efforts.

Stanleys Approach to Flexibility While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9 / 80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off!
