Material Handler

PGS Worldwide is hiring a Material Handler in Phoenix, AZ for a 12-month contract-to-hire position. This role ensures continuous production flow by moving, tracking, and verifying materials within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The position follows a Monday-Thursday schedule, 5 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or stockroom environment (or equivalent technical schooling)
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, reports, and documentation accurately
• Experience with ERP systems , preferably Oracle
• Hands-on experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production workflows
• Ability to use both hands for material handling, inspection, and packaging tasks
• Must be capable of lifting, pulling, or moving up to 50 lbs unaided
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict quality and timing standards
