A company is looking for a Sales Director - Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for HR Managed Services, including prospecting and closing retainer-based engagements
Build and manage a pipeline of companies under 500 employees seeking ongoing HR support
Educate prospects on managed HR services and lead consultative discovery calls to identify HR gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
8-10 years of direct sales experience in HR consulting, managed services, or similar environments
Strong understanding of the HR lifecycle and People Operations for companies under 500 employees
Experience selling strategic, retainer-based services is preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools, with HubSpot preferred
