Compensation :

  • $25 to $60 per session based on class sizemore clients more earnings!
  • Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance.

    • Requirements :

  • Confidence enthusiasm energy and a passion for fitness and music!
  • Excellent ability to multitask.
  • Capability and interest in learning / growing with our expanding brand.
  • Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following : Pilates Circuit Training Indoor Cycling Bootcamp HITT Boxing / Kickboxing or Group Fitness.
  • Ability to motivate and challenge group classes good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
  • Great cueing ability to communicate.
  • Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
