About The Position

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse - CVOR for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Myers, Florida, offering a weekly total of $3,200. This 5x8s day shift position is ideal for nurses with cardiovascular operating room experience who are passionate about surgical excellence and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

  • Assist with cardiovascular surgical procedures including open heart, vascular, and thoracic surgeries
  • Ensure sterile technique and proper equipment setup
  • Monitor patients and anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
  • Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver safe, efficient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow OR protocols
  • Support post-op transfer and recovery coordination

    • Requirements of the Travel Nurse

  • Active RN license (Florida or eligible for licensure)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • CNOR preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' recent CVOR experience
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile field practices
