Position Overview : President - Electrical, Automation & Fire Safety Services

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented President to lead and grow American Legacy Construction , a Crete United Company, specializing in Commercial and Industrial Electrical Services . This executive leadership role is based in Lee's Summit, MO and oversees operations across the Greater Kansas City region .

This role offers full P&L ownership , strategic oversight of field and back-office operations, and leadership across service delivery in Electrical Construction , Building Automation , and Fire Safety Systems . The President will be instrumental in driving business growth , operational excellence , and team development in a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational success and profitability by achieving or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies across all service lines.
• Expand the field workforce by making the company the employer of choice for technicians and skilled tradespeople.
• Provide leadership across all departments, including sales , customer service , project execution , and field operations .
• Build and strengthen customer relationships , actively developing new business opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes, pricing, quality control, customer service, and field productivity.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting .
• Foster long-term partnerships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other Crete United network companies.
