Requirements

🎓 Qualifications :

Board-Certified Cardiologist

VAD (Ventricular Assist Device) Certified — Required

Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship + LVAD experience

Active Virginia Medical License

DEA + ACLS

Must be local (only mileage reimbursed)

Clean background for temporary privileges

Ability to supervise APCs
