Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a unified enablement strategy for Growth Advisors, partners, and agents
Design and oversee onboarding and training programs for Growth Advisors and partners
Establish metrics for lifecycle readiness and continuously improve enablement programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or related fields
Proven success in enabling multiple audiences and tailoring messaging for distinct roles
Experience in scaling business functions and building new systems
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing multidisciplinary teams
Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs and measuring program impact
