Dragonfly Health Regional Sales Director

What You Will Do :

  • Conducts thorough research and proactively follows up on qualified leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Reviews and understands client contracts, including terms, renewal dates, and service amendments
  • Cultivates strong relationships with leadership and key decision-makers in hospice organizations
  • Engages with clients and attends industry conferences to develop, strengthen, and maintain multiple relationships
  • Provides regular, detailed status reports through the company's contact management system
  • Creates and presents persuasive proposals to key decision-makers, negotiating and securing contracts

    • What We Look For :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or related field
  • Experience : 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record in engaging clients and closing sales
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the hospice, durable medical equipment, and healthcare sectors
  • Sales & Communication : Expertise in sales techniques, client needs analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; self-directed with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Work Environment : Ability to work from a home office and adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
