Burlingame Family Pet Hospital is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team!
Our modern general practice and urgent care center provides comprehensive veterinary services, from wellness care and diagnostics to surgery, dentistry, and orthopedics. We take pride in our positive, collaborative culture and our commitment to delivering the highest standard of care to every patient and client.
In this position, your day may include assisting on the treatment floor, preparing patients for surgical and dental procedures, monitoring patients during recovery, supporting urgent care triage, and providing warm, informative client service as needed. You will help maintain accurate medical records, set up and break down equipment, and partner closely with our RVTs and doctors to support smooth workflow and excellent care. As our urgent care service continues to grow and offers extended evening hours, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients are treated efficiently and compassionately.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and shifts scheduled Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.
