As we continue to grow, we are seeking an individual with a solid foundation in the shipping and receiving profession to join our team to be our Shipping / Receiving / Assembly Associate. The right person who possesses the work ethic and skills for this role will successfully complete our training program and possibly advance into a leadership role and manage the warehouse to maximize our efficiency and accuracy as we continue to grow. This position is a Mon-Fri, 9 am-6 pm job. This position is a hands-on physical position in the warehouse that will also involve delivering products requiring a lifting ability up to 75 lbs.

Compensation : $18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently and promptly pull and pack inventory orders.
• Utilize UPS WorldShip, USPS, and FedEx software to process shipping labels.
• Ensure the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage packing / shipping supplies inventory and request reorders as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all shipped and received goods.
• Conduct product deliveries to various local customer locations using company vehicles.
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets and provide receipts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory within the warehouse.
• Inspect inbound shipment deliveries for damage before acceptance.
• Verify inbound shipment accuracy by reviewing purchase orders or shipping manifests.
• Receive and check in deliveries and transfer stock items to shelves in the correct locations.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, utilizing floor machines and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Able to assemble small, complex, and intricate parts
