      Summary :

The Supply Chain Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as a business function and system expert for module(s) or sub-module(s) of the new ERP system (Workday). The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and document requirements for business processes, including highly complex processes. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will utilize those requirements to identify appropriate technical solutions and any associated business process enhancements for the future state system. The position will be responsible for contributing to associated testing and training activities, including documentation and execution. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will also be responsible for project management for moderately sized sub-projects within the functional area. As a more experienced analyst, this position will provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to Business Systems Analysts.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end supplier master implementation in the cloud ERP platform, addressing people, process, and technology design. The candidate will drive supplier conversion from the legacy ERP system to the new cloud ERP, support data cleansing and enrichment processes, and co-develop quality assurance measures and standard operating procedures for the future supplier management processes, including onboarding, evaluation, and fraud prevention. The role will collaborate with health system and university stakeholders, program team members, and external suppliers to convert and onboard suppliers into the new ERP. The candidate will operate under guidance from program Supply Chain leadership and directors, while providing subject matter support and guidance to junior analysts for cross-functional workstreams and responsibilities.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will report to the JHHS Sightline Supply Chain Program Director. The team member will be responsible for developing the organization's Workday supply chain analytics foundation. The systems analyst will be tasked with understanding the current state supply chain analytics platform, and developing the Workday go-live solution set for Sourcing / Contracts, Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts / Accounts Payable workstreams. In addition, the role will collaborate with Sightline Workday colleagues in HR, Finance, and IT to prioritize use cases for advanced Workday analytics solutions (e.g., Prism, Extend Apps). The current supply chain department platform utilizes combinations of business intelligence, data warehousing, and automation solutions. Candidates with experience delivering business intelligence in a healthcare supply chain and / or understanding of key performance indicators and metrics in supply chain operations, and experience with key analytics toolsets are encouraged to apply : business intelligence and analytics solutions in Tableau and Power BI, Workday ERP analytics delivery, automated workflows delivered through Alteryx, Python, R, and excel, and data warehousing.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will interact with legacy SAP ECC data (within the application and with data extracts), Workday, and third-party platforms, providing intermediary data cleansing, enrichment, and validation.

Sightline supports the Johns Hopkins Enterprise, developing a solution to support both Johns Hopkins Health System and Johns Hopkins University on a unified software platform. Supply Chain data, functionality, and reporting are foundational to the success of the project. The Supply Chain team will be engaged across all Sightline project phases : prepare, architect and configure, test and train, deployment, and hyper care. Because of the cross-functional nature of finance, throughout the project, the Supply Chain team will collaborate with the other Sightline teams, including human resources, finance, sponsored projects, change management, and technology.
