The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a global NGO dedicated to advancing education and professional development for underserved communities. Through our "Together for Ukraine" program, we deliver critical mentorship, skills training, and employment support to Ukrainian refugees rebuilding their careers.

Opportunity Overview

Join our Mentorship for Ukraine initiative as a volunteer professional mentor. This flexible, remote role enables you to directly support Ukrainian refugees in their career transitions while working around your existing professional commitments and personal schedule.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Professional Background : Minimum 3 years industry experience across any sector
  • Schedule Flexibility : You determine your mentoring availability and frequency
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication abilities and cultural awareness
  • Technical Comfort : Proficient with digital communication tools and video platforms
