Change Order Representative

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Review and complete change order paperwork, ensuring all patient information is accurate

Verify insurance coverage and process payments while addressing patient needs

Communicate with other departments to resolve patient concerns and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

High school graduate

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Knowledge of insurance and payor portals

Experience in Home Health / DME is preferred
