Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong technical skills in print production and digital design. This role requires the ability to prepare client files for production, create original designs, and ensure accuracy across a wide range of printed and digital formats. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare layouts for print and digital projects using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Preflight and set up customer-supplied files for accurate print production.
• Create original designs for marketing collateral, signage, packaging, and promotional products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Work closely with production staff to ensure designs translate correctly to print and large-format outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables.
• Provide creative support and solutions to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience recommended (if not, a Graphic Design Degree)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required). Understanding of print processes, color management, file setup, and finishing. Knowledge of large-format and digital printing a plus.
• Other Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
