Associate Actuarial Analyst

A company is looking for an Associate Actuarial Analyst (Marketplace / ACA) to assist in establishing premium rates and conducting financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of IBNR estimates and rate adequacy studies, documenting assumptions

Analyze results to identify trends or issues related to medical care costs

Generate and distribute routine reports for IBNR calculations, pricing, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

Up to 1 year of actuarial experience or equivalent education and experience

At least 1 passing Society of Actuaries (SOA) exam

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field

Advanced understanding of statistics and predictive analytics

Actuarial internship is preferred
