Full-Time & Part-Time | 3 : 30pm - 11 : 30 pm

Job Summary

Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting. Support RNs, deliver safe and compassionate care, and ensure residents’ comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments Monitor and document resident health Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate clinical records Qualifications Active NY LPN license required Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible with shifts, including weekends / holidays Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off & holidays Retirement plan Ongoing training & career growth
