\nPT- Outpatient needed asap\nBachelors Degree from four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related field\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : One to two years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience\nLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : A valid California drivers license when travel is required\nLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : Current BLS course completion\nLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registration\nLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS : Member of APTA preferred\nQUALIFICATIONS : Able to organize and monitor the work of others.\nQUALIFICATIONS : Able to relate effectively with patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital / home health staff in a courteous, professional manner\nQUALIFICATIONS : Able to work independently with minimal supervision\nQUALIFICATIONS : Analytical and diagnostic ability capable to interpreting patient physicians orders for physical therapy patients and developing an effective treatment plan as needed\nQUALIFICATIONS : Evidence of automobile insurance when travel is required\nQUALIFICATIONS : Relates well with other staff members and various other hospital personnel in a courteous professional manner at all times\nQUALIFICATIONS : Utilizes good oral and written communication skills sufficient to meet the demands of the job\nEQUIPMENT USED : Cell phone\nEQUIPMENT USED : General office equipment, including computer, printer, calculator, copy machine and other office equipment\nEQUIPMENT USED : Physical therapy equipment, such as hot packs, electrical stimulation, modalities, exercise equipment, weights, walking aides, whirlpools, wheelchairs, traction devices, and diathermy\n

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References : 1 Reference in entire work history
