Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.

Sales Support : Assist in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.

Customer Assistance : Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.

Policy Consultation : Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.

Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

Licensing : WE COVER THE COST. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Proactive Attitude : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Availability : Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Mankato, Minnesota office.
