Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate, positive, and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, holistic care to patients throughout their healthcare journey. If you want to grow your skillset, feel valued, and make a lasting impact, this opportunity is for you. As an ambulatory LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Provider while also having the autonomy to serve as the primary nurse for a provider within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document a thorough medical history from patients.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans.
