Join Our Team as a Substance Use Disorders Therapist!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Substance Use Disorders Therapist at St Vincent Medical Center. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a supportive benefits package from day one.

This role encompasses opportunities for Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage Family Therapists (LMFT). We welcome applicants who meet the qualifications for any of these roles.

The ideal candidate will work under clinical supervision to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients dealing with psychiatric and substance use disorders. You will engage with patients and their support systems to provide specialized psychotherapy services aimed at alleviating symptoms related to these conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual group therapy sessions for adults experiencing substance use disorders, including specialized sessions for various demographics.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques, and interpersonal effectiveness training.
• Assist patients in developing personalized recovery plans and teach relapse prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state diversion / DUII programs and fulfill court-ordered treatment requirements.
• Document patient progress and outcomes with utmost integrity in accordance with program standards using the Epic EHR system.

Compensation : Salary will range from $39.73 to $61.68 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
