RN Home Therapy Specialist

A company is looking for a Home Therapy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of home-based renal therapies

Monitor clinical performance and patient outcomes while adhering to regulatory standards

Support education and competency development for clinical team members

Required Qualifications

Current RN license in the applicable state; multi-state compact license preferred

CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Minimum of 5 years dialysis experience, including at least 3 years in home therapies

Experience in adult education preferred
