What You’ll Do Supervise and support staff who assist individuals during daytime programming. Ensure smooth daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and coaching. Engage directly with individuals when needed through activities, skill-building, and personal care support. Help create a positive and active environment with community outings, group activities, and vocational skill development. Model professionalism, compassion, and teamwork. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (or 5 years of caregiving experience). Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Someone who truly enjoys making a difference through structured daytime support and engagement.
